Liz Clark, owner of Clark Estates, joins forces with KMP property management, an established property management and letting business in Heaton, to provide a quality and competitive sales service. Liz, who has worked for many corporate agents and a large independent, has spent almost twenty years in the Estate Agency profession and opened her own internet estate agents in Ponteland over two years ago.

'We will be providing a one-stop-shop so clients existing and new gain a better all round service, says Liz, with free marketing advice after office hours, text alerts and contact via e-mail. Advice on Home Information Packs, conveyancing services and of course, property management.
